Prep & Pan: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a 9″ round cake pan and line bottom with parchment.

Mix Dry: In a bowl, whisk 2 cups almond flour, 1 cup sugar, ½ tsp baking soda, and ¼ tsp salt.
