Description

This easy slow cooker peach cobbler brings the comforting taste of a classic dessert right into your kitchen with minimal effort. Made with just four simple ingredients — canned peaches, yellow cake mix, butter, and cinnamon — it’s the perfect treat for busy days, family gatherings, or anytime you crave a warm, fruity dessert. Top it with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an irresistible finish!

Ingredients

2 cans (15 ounces each) of sliced peaches in syrup

1 box yellow cake mix

½ cup melted unsalted butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Drain one can of peaches, leaving the syrup in the other.
  2. Pour both cans (with the reserved syrup) into the bottom of your slow cooker and spread the peaches out evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches, covering them completely.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix as evenly as possible.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Let it cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, avoid stirring the layers in the slow cooker — this helps create that delicious cobbler texture with a tender fruit layer and a golden, cake-like topping. Feel free to experiment with added spices or nuts for extra flavor and crunch. Leftovers taste great the next day, gently reheated!
